Friday  Your tables, chairs and linens are being set up, usually around 12 noon,  you can arrive the venue around 2:00 p.m. arrive so you can then start your weekend experience, you will have plenty of time to decorate, plenty of time to visit no rush....catch up, details, details, details, Friday evening rehearsal with family and friends usually starts around 5:00 p.m., order your fav food to be delivered, mountain mikes delivers great pizza or grub hub...check out 8:00 p.m.

Saturday check in is after 10:00 a.m.,check out time is 11:00 p.m. Today is your day, depending on your timeline, the fun really begins, pictures to be taken, the finishing touches, last minute details, rest assured, your coordinator arrives this morning to start your journey into becoming Mr. and Mrs.

Sleep in, no need to rush back, our clean up crew arrives at 8:00 a.m., tear down usually done by 10:00 a.m., any decor belongings left over will be put aside for you at the bar, come back to pick up your belongings between 10:00- noon...
